Our serviced apartments are situated on Suffolk Rd minutes walk to the Eagle Tower, The Park Campus for the University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham’s Montpellier area and the Promenade; Cheltenham’s main shopping street. There is free parking in Suffolk Square (1 min walk) and a large car park at Bath Rd (4 minutes walk) which is Pay and Display but very reasonable.

One of most iconic office spaces in Cheltenham, Eagle Tower, is a mere 7 minutes walk from our serviced apartments and the internationally renowned UK Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) is but 10 minutes drive.
The University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham Ladies College and Cheltenham College
The town has a considerable educational community with two of the three University of Gloucestershire campuses and some of the UK's highest achieving schools. These self-catering apartments provide the perfect accommodation for graduations, alumni reunions or a short term rental for visiting lecturers and teachers.

Located on Suffolk Road; Suffolk Square and Suffolk Parade are literally on your doorstep and incorporate the Michelin 2 starred Le Champignon Sauvage Restaurant, The Daffodil Restaurant, The Retreat Wine Bar, a large Zizzi Pizza Restaurant, The Siam Smile Thai Restaurant, The Ruby Cantonese, the Suffolk Kitchen Restaurant and The Indian Lounge Restaurant as well as a number of pubs, bars and cafes. The Suffolks are also home to a selection of excellent antique shops, jewellers and other quirky one-off retailers, as well as being a short walk from Bath Road, the Promenade and Montpellier which offer a huge variety of shopping. Large department stores and high street shops can be found within a short walking distance of the accommodation in Cheltenham town centre.
Cheltenham Racecourse
Possibly the most famous attraction is the Cheltenham Racecourse which is a little over 2 miles from our apartments. The venue plays host not only to the internationally renowned horse race, The Cheltenham Gold Cup but also countless conferences, exhibitions and corporate events.
The Cotswolds
Often referred to as 'The Western Gateway to the Cotswolds', Cheltenham provides an excellent base to explore one of England's protected Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Unspoilt and quintessentially English; a trip to the Cotswolds is the perfect way to unwind after a business trip or conference or an escape to the country during a longer stay.
