GL50 and our partners Room-B, aim to provide our visitors with all the information and equipment needed for a stay in Cheltenham. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions, should you still have any queries please get in touch.
What are serviced apartments?
Serviced apartments are a great hotel alternative; providing all the luxury and comfort of a hotel and comparable rates to a B&B but with the freedom and convenience of self catering facilities. GL50 serviced apartments all have their own living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, linen and house keeping services. In addition to the continental breakfast, tea and coffee we can provide you with other basic groceries from our menu. The apartments also contain welcome packs with information about Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.
Finding Us & Parking
Click here for a map showing nearby parking. We do not have a private car park but there is easy parking within a two minute walk.
Check-in Procedure / Times
Please remember we are not a hotel and we do not have a manned reception for check-in. Your unique door code will be texted and e-mailed to you giving you access to the building and your apartment. You are free to arrive any time after 15:00 and we kindly request your apartment is vacated by 10:00. Come and go as you please, just shut the door behind you and we will do the rest. Your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Your breakfast pack and drinks making facilities will be in your room.
Eating In / Kitchen Facilities
The kitchen area in your apartment offers everything you need to make a full meal and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. Feel free to use these facilities as you wish, there are shops nearby for provisions including a Sainsbury’s local on Bath Rd that is open from 7.00a.m to 11.00pm every day.

What to do in Cheltenham
There are many reasons to visit Cheltenham; be it a meeting at GCHQ, business conference at Cheltenham racecourse or a weekend of retail therapy, it is nice to know what else is on your doorstep. Children
Travel cots are available for young infants, please ensure these are pre-booked. There is a daily charge of £5.00 + VAT for a cot to cover cleaning and sterilising. We do not let the apartments to children travelling alone, children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Housekeeping
Apartments are cleaned once every seven days, when your towels and linen will also be refreshed.
